NDA & Confidentiality

Your Data Stays Yours.

Payment data is sensitive. Every engagement at ApproveXPay is governed by strict confidentiality. We do not share, resell, publish, or repurpose any client data — ever.

Mutual NDA Available

We sign a mutual NDA on request before any diagnostic work, decline data review, or PSP discussion.

Zero Data Sharing

No client data is shared with third parties, vendors, PSPs, or other clients — under any circumstance.

Secure Handling

Data shared with us stays on encrypted, access-controlled storage and is deleted on engagement close.

Vendor-Neutral

We do not receive referral fees from PSPs, gateways or orchestrators. Recommendations are independent.

Our Confidentiality Commitment

1. Confidential information. Any information you share with ApproveXPay — including transaction data, decline reports, PSP and acquirer relationships, fee structures, internal metrics, strategy, roadmap, customer data, and any related materials — is treated as Confidential Information.

2. No sharing. We do not disclose Confidential Information to any third party, including other clients, vendors, payment service providers, partners, recruiters, or media. Confidential Information is not used for benchmarking, marketing, training models, or case studies without explicit written consent.

3. Limited access. Access is restricted to engagement personnel on a need-to-know basis. All personnel are bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations.

4. Secure storage. Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. We do not retain raw transaction or customer data beyond what is required to deliver the engagement.

5. Return or destruction. On engagement close, all Confidential Information is returned or securely destroyed within 30 days at your request.

6. Mutual NDA. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is available on request and can be signed before any data exchange. Email contact@approvexpay.com to receive the template.

7. Independence. ApproveXPay does not receive referral fees, kickbacks, or revenue share from any PSP, gateway, orchestrator, or technology vendor. Our recommendations are vendor-neutral and based solely on what improves your payment revenue.
